Orders will be dispatched within 7 business days from the day they are placed. All orders are sent with full insurance and need a signature on receipt.
Customers will receive email order status updates to the email address provided at checkout. Updates will include order confirmation and shipment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time. At times we sell out of particular colours or designs but we always endeavour to have these back in stock as soon as possible. If an item happens to be out of stock, please contact us and we will advise on future availability.
We use Stripe to process our payments, and accept credit or debit cards. You can also pay by cheque or bank transfer. Please email us if you would prefer to pay this way at firstname.lastname@example.org
UK Free Delivery We offer FREE delivery to the UK on all orders. We send all our products out via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or ‘1st Class Signed For,’ a service that requires a signature upon arrival, and normally takes 1-2 days from date of dispatch.
EU and International orders are shipped by Royal Mail's ‘International Tracked and Signed For’ service. Larger blankets are sent via Parcelforce ‘Global Value’ service. This can take between 5 - 7 working days from date of dispatch. A tracking number will be supplied to the customer once order has been dispatched.
Please note, if your order is being shipped outside of the UK or the EU, it will be subject to duties and import taxes. This is the responsibility of the recipient to pay.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your Cove* order, but if for any reason you are not, please let us know at your earliest convenience. If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos so we can address the issue.
If you wish to return a purchase, you must notify us within14 days from receipt of your order . Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please use the original packaging if possible.
Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for the postage costs of returned or exchanged items. Please ensure the package is returned fully insured as we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage.The item must still have all labels attached and be in the same condition in which it was received.
Once we have received the item and checked that it is in a re-saleable condition, we will refund using the original method of payment. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and you will receive a confirmation email when this has been done.
We are not responsible for any charges that may occur from your bank or payment provider when receiving payments.
To make an exchange, you must notify us within 14 days from receipt of order. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please use the original packaging if possible. When processing your exchange we will contact you to arrange payment for posting the replacement item before the item is dispatched as we cannot offer free postage on exchanges.
